Depois de mais algum tempo de ausência, aqui estou eu com algumas novidades.
Aliás, grandes mudanças vão acontecer no próximo mês.
Mudar é sempre bom, e será para melhor, pelo menos é o que eu espero.
Depois de quase 3 anos a viver no Sul da Noruega, chegou a altura de mudarmos para Norte.
Eu sou uma mulher do Norte e por isso, não vou estranhar.
Eu sei que o Norte no Inverno ainda é mais frio e mais escuro do que aqui no Sul, mas temos que ser positivos. A grande mudança foi mudar de Portugal para a Noruega, certo? Já nos adaptamos ao frio e ao escuro há 3 anos atrás!
Dizem que o Norte tem o seu encanto com as auroras boreais, o sol da meia-noite e, quem sabe, ainda vimos ursos polares! Brincadeira. Só existem ursos polares em Svalbard, que é a tal ilha perto do Polo Norte, que eu adorava conhecer! E por falar em Svalbard, vejam aqui a experiência que a Philips está a fazer por lá. Eu também vou querer uma lâmpada destas!
No fim-de-semana fomos para a cabana nas montanhas. Como da outra vez, soube bem o convívio português. O TT fez borrego assado no forno e todos se deliciaram com o preparado.
Ainda não foi desta que fiz ski, mas fizemos sauna, banho turco, jacuzzi e ainda, e a melhor parte, nadamos numa piscina exterior com água aquecida enquanto nevava! Demais!
O M. fez anos na segunda-feira e, como prenda, vamos até Londres por 4 dias. Vamos domingo e voltamos quarta-feira e depois rumo a Portugal! :)
Já vos disse que o M. é um óptimo cozinheiro. Não é para me gabar nem por ser meu marido, mas é verdade. Nunca repete o mesmo prato!

After some time of absence, here I am with some news.
Great changes will take place next month.
Changing is always good, and for the better, at least that's what I hope for.
After nearly 3 years living in the south of Norway, it is time to move to the North.
I am a woman from the North and therefore will not be strange for me.
I know that the North is colder and darker in the winter time than in the South, but we have to be positive. The big change was to move from Portugal to Norway, right? We have already adapted to cold and dark 3 years ago!
They say the North has its charm with the northern lights, the midnight sun, and who knows, we will see polar bears! Just kidding. There are only polar bears in Svalbard, which is this island near the North Pole, which I would love to go! And speaking of Svalbard, look here to see the experiment that Philips is doing up there. I'll also want a lamp like this!
Last weekend we went to the cabin on the mountains. As the last time, it was a good time with the Portuguese. TT made roast lamb and all were delighted with the preparation.
Although I didn't try the ski, but we did sauna, Turkish bath, Jacuzzi and the best part, we swam in an outdoor pool with heated water while it was snowing! Awesome!
On Monday was M. birthday and, as a gift, we are going to London for 4 days. Going on Sunday and coming back on Wednesday and then heading to Portugal! :)
I told you that M. is a great cook. Not to brag or for being my husband, but is true. He never repeats the same dish!
